At Spanish Dreams we know it can be difficult to manoeuvre with unfamiliar rules, regulations and differences in culture in a foreign country even if you have been here for several years.

Our service department can help you from the start of your Spanish exploration with tips and recommendations and also with necessary practicalities, such as getting a Spanish identification number (NIE), opening a bank account, helping with public services etc.

If you are a home owner in Spain it is often necessary to have someone to turn to, especially if you don’t live in your Spanish property full time. Small problems also needs taken care of, and even though this is not a “normal” job for estate agents, we see the need to offer new and existing clients a complete range of services.

  • Our key service package is perfect for holiday home owners. We keep the key at the office for you to pick up and deliver when you or your guest need it and we also make sure the property is in good condition when no one is there. Checking that the electricity is on, flush the water in toilets and sinks, put heating/cooling on or off, checking water level and cleanliness of pool, that street lights are working, collecting mail and ordering anti-parasite treatment (if needed). Once a month you will get a service report by e-mail or SMS with confirmation of visit(s) and status of the property.
  • Everything you need in relation to buying or selling your property, also after the sale is completed is something we do for our clients and for others who need our assistance.
